"Connection Problem" when authorizing

I've restarted, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've logged out and logged back in. Every time I go into the settings and "Connect to Twitch" it pops up with an orange ! in the bottom corner saying "Connection Problem, trying to reconnect..." but it never actually reconnects, Settings say that I'm logged in as Vahri but nothing happens and it doesn't acknowledge any of the casts. But the browser that opens to authorize tells me "LurkBait Authenticated
You can now close this window and return to the application." I tried submitting a bug report but does anyone know how to fix this? Everyone in my chat has grown VERY accustom to fishing and they are starting to go through withdrawals

Same for me, I can't seem to make it connect as it keeps asking to connect to twitch but fails so.

Im glad I am not the only one. Did you submit a bug report yet, if enough people report it maybe they can figure out its an issue and look into fixing it.

My whole community is mourning the loss of this game T.T

any solution? having the same problem for about a week now. seems recent and i know another streamer who is not having problems but that really doesn't help. Anyway, not sure what if anything there is too do, maybe a reinstall? I doubt it thought. I check the file integrity of it.

I have had someone in the discord helping me with all different options to try. Heres everything I have tried that has not worked.

- Uninstall / Reinstall
- Restart my computer (turn it off and on again)
- Log out of my account in game and in browser then log back in
- Tried 3 different browsers (edge, chrome, firefox, and edge again)
- Moved my folder out of my app data, and boot up the game
- Removed a connection.bin and boot up the game
Honestly there is so much more I have tried its hard to keep track of it all.
We need the developers help *cry*

Not yet, Game is a single developer game, and he also works full time job, so we gotta be patient <3 Hopefully he is trying to figure it out!

Noticed yesterday while trying to stream, even after authenticating, the game wouldn't connect to my twitch. I have a SUBtember fishing event. Please help with fixing this. I've tried Firefox and Chrome and even though it says Authenticated, the game still doesn't connect. "Connection problem, trying to connect"

Have you joined the disocrd? There is a list of "possible" things that could help you, that HAVE worked for a small handful of people, it's worth trying out so that your event can run. None of the stuff worked for me but hopefully you will have better luck.

mine works partly but it dose constantly disconnect/reconnect and i have to force fishing for bits.
