Fritz 14 or Komodo 8

I need everyones opinion on which I should buy. Fritz 14 with the Deep Fritz DLC would cost me $45 and Komodo 8 would cost me $83. I am trying to weight the Pro's and Con's and I'm just looking for some feedback before the Steam sale ends in 18 hours.

Pro's for Fritz 14: Cheap, 'Let's check' database until end of 2015, 6 month premium membership to Playchess.com

Con's for Fritz 14: Doesnt support Fritz trainer, Not the best chess engine or in top 5 currently

Pro's for Komodo 8: 'Let's check' database for an extra year past Fritz until end of 2016, currently ranked #1 Chess engine in the world ahead of Houdini 4 and Stockfish, 6 month premium membership to Playchess.com and Supports Fritz trainer and has same Fritz interface.

Con's for Komodo 8: Expensive

I think I would actually get Fritz 14 if it supported Fritz trainer because I am about to purchase some of them. I am only rated 1560 USCF, so dont need the best engine and either way I am going to use Stockfish on top of whatever engine I end up buying. Im very indecisive so would love to hear some feedback.

honestly, neither. get stockfish 5 it's 20 points ELO below komodo according to the CCRL 40/40 and still kick the snot outta deep fritz by 200. bonus it's free and runs flawless on fritz gui

Stockfish 5 64-bit even runs perfectly on Fritz.
