Water treatment

Is there a separate facility for water treatment only ?

I'm looking at my life support thing, and I currently have 80 capacity for air, and only 20 for water.

I see that the laws allow a big increase in water consumption by colonists.

So is there something where I can balance this air/water support ? because otherwise I don't see how you'd allow for luxurious water use without having a massive air surplus.

There's a larger life support facility that unlocks later on, with two slots for dedicated water treatment attachments. Each can treat massive amounts of waste water.

Sounds neat. Guess I'll have to persevere until I figure out how that unlocks via research then :)

My understanding is that you dont have air surplus, just unused capacity to turn oxygen and nitrogen into air.
