The sky is blue.

oh no!! WHAT NOW?
it trends down until it settles.
The average toward the end of 1.5 for the game was roughly 170k on steam, so that is the expected concurrent player count from my point of view now that the players only here for the Marvel brand and those that don't really care for Hero Shooters are leaving.
The ones that actually want to play the game will stay around.

The average for games is a 90% player loss in the first three months. All multiplayer games trend down. The opposite would be unusual and weird. The sky is not falling, it's merely blue.

228,271 current players and 4 most played on steam atm, plus players in console and another launchers like epic.
You try so hard to dimish a game that you usually play every day. Much hipocrisy?

The avg is going down which is bad for a live service game.

Stop coping, Rivals.

What do you hope to gain from this?..

People giving up on slop and moving to real games. Or just admitting it's been sucky.

Why? Do you sell these supposed real games? ... Or what game are you talking about? Just curious. I think I remember you from the Disney Speedstorm discussion board. If Marvel Rivals is slop, then Speedstorm is too, right?

Speedstorm is ♥♥♥♥, yeah.

Not selling anything, just spreading awareness, since people love to get addicted to these then be unaware of the other stuff around.

Baldur's Gate 3 for example.

Yeah Baldur's Gate 3 is an objectively great game but it is very niche. I think most people who want to play BG3 already have.

If people are having fun in this game, let them. Sure the trend is lowering but that's none of our business. Just spend the little time you have on this world doing things you personally enjoy. Let everyone else do what they wanna do.

No need to become the herald of population counts

Lines not going down. It's going based on timezones. It's currently 5am on a school day and work day. This isn't news. https://steamdb.info/app/2767030/charts/

Stop spreading misinformation. Thanks.
The bumps are always lower than last time. Downward trend. Go play real games.

If this snaps some people out of slaving away at engagement garbage like this, it'll already had been worth. That's all.

Nope average going down is normal. That's the vast majority of succesful live service games.
