I've run in a few times. Have them swarm targets so that it's difficult to focus down them individually and rocket keeps everyone alive with healing orbs. I usually have 3-4 Vanguards though and at least one DPS...

That sounds like a skill issue. Just get Wolverine+Iron Fist and they don't stand a chance.

This is an actually team comp that had an 85% win rate in a tournament I think. They called it GATOR. Go All Tank One Rocket.
Aside from this. No to role queue. It keeps the game more exciting. I don’t know if you remember anything like what overwatch was. But in high ranked, the teams would play almost the exact same characters every single game for an entire season. It was boring. No role selection lets there be a lot more creativity and it forces people to have to know other roles and characters.

Make some friends online to play with and you'll always have a role queue set up you've always wanted. Preferibly more then 5 so that if one or more can't make it you have others who can fill the slots.

Don't even need to bother the Dev's about it either!

How about 'no'. Loses happen, even embarrassing ones like that. (If it even happened). Take the L and move on to the next match. It's not that serious.

I can't stand playing against 3 healers too, monkeys in my team can't even change from dps to get 2 healers and enemy has 3. There should be a lock after picking 2 characters of the same role. You can't pick no more of them except for DPS, where you can play 1/2/3

Have fun with your randoms then from here to the end of this games life then. Dev's already stated multiple times they're not interested in role queue.
