What's the situation with Doctor Strange

I won't be able to play till Monday and i've been wondering how Strange feels post nerfs.
Still good, playable or should i just focus on playing Magneto for now.

I've mained him as my vanguard, he is noticeably less effective, to an almost frustrating degree. If you've played him as semi-aggressive, get ready to change your play style. Don't know if it makes him more balanced, haven't tested it but I've been losing a lot of 1v1 against other tanks and no, i am not missing all my shots, I am doing the projectile/melee combo like normal. I just know that it changed the way the game wants me to play him, and I don't like it.
