How to open launcher?

I want to try the new shader compilation mode but my game doesn't open launcher, it just opens the game itself. How do I open the launcher at startup?

I just tried verifying cache like Google said and it didn't bring back launcher.

This whole time I actually thought they intentionally removed the launcher…I think I read some article or something saying it was on purpose but apparently not

So... We just can't enable the shader setting to try it at all because the launcher was removed and they forgot...?

the launcher works for me, however if you can't access it, use this command in the steam launch options to enable the shader feature

-PSOCompileMode=1

and this to disable it again

-PSOCompileMode=0
