same issue here, happened twice when i tabbed out, was what triggered it i think?

probably the new experimental feature with the shader mode thing caused this. probably no real fix until they release a patch.

Might have found a fix for intel cpu, lowered my speed down to 5.0, and reinstalled the game, was able to compile shaders.

Intel XTU
13th gen intel cpu. Having same issue when shaders begin to load. Farthest it has gotten is 5% before it crashes.
I've been having this issue as well. I have a 13th gen intel cpu. I get around 7% before i get the unreal crash report. Tried downloading and reinstalling my drivers but nothing has worked. Thought I was going crazy but I see other people have been getting the same issue.
Copy and pasting my other post, I had the same issue and I fixed it.

"Open the launcher and delete your configuration data files, that fixed it for me.
Or if you see a popup telling you that you're running out of memory, let the game compiling shaders in the background, don't close the popup till it reaches the 70% and it stops, then you can close the popup and reopen the game.

Are we talking about the same Shader that is being experimented on?

Maybe turn it off before launching the game.

having the same issue here its deffs something to do with intel 13th 14th gen but netease gotta step it up
