What time will the maintenance start/end?

I read somewhere itll be at 5am et? How long does it usually take to get the game back up, its my birthday so I wanna play s2 as soon as I wake up

they said it take maybe 2-3 hours for example the S2 release for me is 5pm then maintenance official release is like 7-8pm
