It's likely that your GPU driver crashed.
based on certain configs there are things to try.
It seems like there are some problems with the rx 580, saying it needs to be updated but i have the latest drivers for it.
Edit: I just uninstalled my display device(my graphics card) and now it launched the game, gonna update if it crashes again.
Also, always mention which specific version of software you have as for several reaons the word "latest" isn't entirely up to its description anymore.
