Curious topic about adding heroes and their IP

This might be a bit silly to think b/c Marvel game should just add whatever Marvel heroes however looking at it im curious how its actually going to play out. Disney owns most of Marvel but Sony owns Spider man and NetEase Games owns non of it... Technically...

Like if they add Dead Pool would they have to pay Disney for the IP and like how much would that even cost for a game thats free. Maybe Disney pays them to develop and publish the game?? So i really wonder if disney will just straight up not allow them to create certain heroes. I assume Disney wont butt in to much with the game but its possible they can.

Its clear they allowed some pretty big name heroes to be used for the game but it begs the question if you add all these big name heroes right off the bat why wouldnt they add the biggest one on the market atm being Deadpool??
