the hero shooter community is the absolute worst. are you kidding me? lmao ask for heals as dps in OW and see how fast you get left on "read" and/or cursed out for asking a support to do their part in a team game.

the problem with these games is everyone wants to be captain but the games dont work like that. team games require team play and to get strangers to agree on working together is like pulling teeth out of a live pirahna with your fingers.

basically... find like minded friends if you want to enjoy your experience in these shooters. if you cant, just lollygag like the rest of the solo queues.

as an outsider myself. does that mean tf2 and other games much older than this, did it better?

Why do you say that? My matches are fairly chill, even in competitive, and the Reddit isn't bad either. Maybe it's a little testy in here I guess. But it's a fun game and everyone is still in a learning phase. There's just some crap-disturbers who want to make things out to be worse than they are.

yeaaaaah not here i had to disable chat in game it self teams and against enemy teams it whas so wurse they started to threathen you threaten your family or even do bad things to your Children or other wurse things its actualy way wurse on TOXIC level then back in the days of overwatch Toxic days and that says something as i always say to my friends OVERWATCH is the Most toxic Team comp game ever guess now it go to this game

Although im completely burnt out from playing TF2 since basically launch, I can say the game focused on fun first. Theres a reason why that game is still popular to this day. I go back once in a blue and still enjoy myself unlike going into OW.

Thats not to say the hero shooters arent fun. Theyre very fun with the right people... but we all saw what happened to OW once they started with the role queue, constantly shifting the meta to appease crying players for the dumbest reasons (scattershot was not that op), adding characters with braindead mechanics so the bad players can feel powerful, etc.

also, TF2 has hats.

toxic he says meanwhile in all my 100 hours all my games have either been more silent then desert wind or people memeing in chat like all saying i am groot whenever i type in chat i am groot unless me typing in my chat to my spider man who is going 1/8 the whole match maybe he should switch to diff role or character cuz banging his head against a wall isnt gonna change the outcome is toxic then i dunno
