FPS limiter just doesn't work..

I put a FPS limit through the game to 120fps and another through Nvidia control pannel and the game refuses to abide by it. im hitting 260fps and theres no need for me to, does anyone know how to actually limit it to 120

Works for me I have it capped to 120.

im rocking 143 fps set from the nvidia control panel, vsync off in game and on via nvidia

Do you have the Frame generator thing enabled? I noticed it stayed within the cap until I enabled it, then it went over.

yeah FRS3, ill disable it that should fix it

I had weird stutters while using ingame fps lock. I had to lock fps in nvidia control panel and it works much better.
