getting a avg of 25 kills with black widow, are you guys just that bad?

Depends on the match. Sometimes you only need 10, sometimes it takes 30+. If we're talking true average, 18-25 seems pretty reasonable for the average quick play game. Sometimes you pick Black Widow first, then all the late loaders want to pick damage as well and there's nobody in there to front line, so nobody plays point and you can't get any work done and there's no point in switching to a tank without a support, and no point in changing to support to support people dumb enough to not pick at least one of each at the start. Personally, I feel like if I locked in first by 5-10 seconds, I shouldn't have to be the one to swap every single time.

10K no offense sounds really low but if they're dead they're dead and that's all that matters.
