Not able to find \appdata\local\marvel

I am currently in the appdata local folder, and the marvel folder is nowhere to be seen. It isn't in locallow or roaming either. I can't do any config editing because of this. No idea what I should do, I guess reinstall the game, but I don't really understand why that would fix it.

Appdata is the third folder inside the marvel folder

Download "Everything" its a program for searching your pc for file names. Very useful for this type of thing
