Is Captain America a good tank?

I like his move set, he is faster than most tanks and can block and ricochet some ULT. I even got some kills just by blocking with his shield.
What do you guys think about Cap. as a tank?

He does literally 0 damage he just run around doing nothing, literally any other tank is better than going cap sadly.
If you want a high mobility tank go Venom or Hulk

They are all good tanks when PROPERLY SUPPORTED.. the biggest problem this game has is lack of healers and tanks... Everyone wants to play Hawkeye and Hela for some reason :P

His dps isn't that bad...doesn't take long for me to beat down anyone other than other tanks. I'm starting to wonder if some of you are just missing punches and not getting your shield throw procs because of it.
