When can we expect a nerf for imbalanced characters?

When can we expect a nerf for imbalanced characters? I'm serious, how long do we have to wait until they cut Hela, Iron Fist, and Psylocke? too strong characters.

Probably only once every new season. Because they made the stupid mistake of doing these dumb tournaments, probably every season, they aren't going to change the game in the middle otherwise everything the contenders learned will have to be re-learned or whatever, and things would change in the middle of a tournament.

This game is going to have even worse balancing than Overwatch's, and that's saying something. Probably 1 balance patch every 60 days and they're going to be bad and fix none of the issues people have.

Or get better at shooting the tanks. Tanks can die in this game. Its not like OW where you cant kill the super tank and have to wait until the whole team can dive them.
