What character do you think needs nerfs, or buffs so far?

In my opinion think Spiderman needs the biggest nerf, having a character that can move around so freely and have both melee and long attacks with webs makes him seem like he shouldnt even be in the game at all. His movement are so unlike other characters even venom isnt as versatile.

In terms of buffs i think Rocket needs a buff big time. His healing ability is nowhere near as good as others, and his normal attack isnt very great either. His Ult is only good if people stay inside of it too.

Nerf:

Jeff, Luna (ult specifically), Cloak and Dagger, Hawkeye, Hela, Iron First, Peni

Misc:

Melee should take less damage from ranged characters by like 10-15%. Ranged is far too superior in the game currently and it will only get worse over time.

Of course there are finer details on what I want buffed or nerfed. On some it's just a single skill that needs changed. On others it's their entire kit that needs it.

The only thing they needs to be nerfed asap is Jeff’s ult . Throwing almost the entire team off a ledge is just insane . Aside from that it’s too early for any serious nerfs imo .

I respectfully, and completely, disagree with buffs for melee characters. Melee characters are already really good at flanking the backline, making them any stronger would be completely oppressive and any other form of DPS character completely irrelevant to use.

For the original post:
I'd want Storm to be buffed. She is one of the coolest characters in the roster, but she does next to nothing because of her damage ranges being the single worse given the type of character she is. She is an aerial character that cannot stray from her team because of how squishy, slow, and low damage she is.
With her Tornado/Thunder aura it takes 10/9 hits to kill a 250 HP character from 30+ meters away with her primary attack, at under 15 it still takes 5 regardless of aura making her the single weakest DPS in the entire game. Empowering herself only reduces each hit by 1, AND she is unable to headshot for bonus damage.
She has no instant speed like Iron Man's boost to match the movement of her allies to grant them her auras during all-ins unless she puts herself way out of position, just the Tornado aura that barely makes her any faster, and the empowered Tornado aura is only a 10 or 15% or so slow, which is not nearly enough, that alone needs its number doubled to mean anything when compared to the Thunder aura's periodic lightning strikes.
Storm herself only having 250 HP while being so slow makes her an extremely easy target for anyone to take down, even supports.
The best thing about Storm is that her primary attack pierces through enemies, but its at such low damage in its current state it means nothing.

A TLDR on what Storm needs: She needs her primary attack's damage increased by 10 and damage drop off drastically reworked due to her being an aerial character. She needs a bit more movement speed (7 m/s instead of 6 m/s) if she does not get a new movement ability. She needs her Empowered Tornado's aura to have a stronger slow effect to compete with her empowered Thunder aura. And she needs 50 more HP.

Storm is so crap.. Apparently she was op in beta but got nerfed.

Jeff Ult has no true downside, Hawkeye is too powerful at all stages of play and Luna's ult lasts too long.

Yeah I was thinking Storm was going to be Lucio type speed. Then low dmg output would make more sense if she was hard to hit.

storm is perfectly fine all she really needs is a small buff to her move speed

Remove the ability for Jeff to suicide with you in his mouth to allow counter play and its not that bad.. make it automatically throw you into the air which will allow characters with mobility skills to counter play. As it currently stands when he suicides theres no counter play which is not a balanced game mechanic.
