Troubles with changing region because my own region gives me a ping of 999ms so I keep disconnecting

Does anyone have the same problem with their region? (I am playing in europe)
When i run diagnostics it gives me green ping 30 to 40 ms and then when I want to play a game it just goes up to 999ms for the same region????
North american regions becomes orange for some reason, but when I try to change it to europe I can not even connect to a match.
Sh*t game with sh*t servers and devs it seems to me...
I tried some stuff like reinstalling the game already, but this did nothing.

it s jsut bad servers, ca nt fix it. I love freezing for 2 seconds when theres 2 enemies infront of me

Some of my friends can play with 50~60, but mine its 999ms.
