i can't lauch the game

Download Gpu-Z and check if it says Unknown on the bandwith and the other sections. If they are labled as that then it means your drivers AMD/Nvidia are bugged and you gotta use DDU to remove the drivers and then go ahead and redownload them and see if the game works again.

This is ridiculous. What does "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument" even mean? I've got DirectX 12 on my system. I've got no idea what -dx12 or -d3d12 command lines are and don't really care either. I just want the bloody game to work!

Yup. Sadly on laptops it sometimes is showing the Intel driver, like in this case.

Which exact Nvidia Game Ready Driver do you have ?
Everything else is OK so it's now about that driver and which GPU is being used in the system.

I donot get no error message. The game just does not launch. I am realising now that I might have posted in wrong discussion group. thanks for pointing it out.

Does your laptop have any other graphics chip in it (given the "U" suffix, i'd say not, but it is worth asking anyway) ?
