4:3 aspect ratio

did anyobody figure out how to set the aspect ratio to 4:3? i changed my resolution to 1440x1080 , but i can't figure out a way to change the aspect ratio , so i have black bars when using a stretched resolution

you can't afaik. unless the val solution works possibly? unsure how much latency it'd push though onto your game using windowed.
