I was able to bypass 60 fps lock with this for a few but its unstable even with actual fps lock. :/

this worked for me thanks! everything else wasnt working, until turning on Frame Generation Mode. MMine was AMD FSR3 Frame Generation, went from 60fps and lower to 120-160

having the same issue, tried fullscreen, borderless, vsync on/off, fps limit at 240 worked for a few days now i'm capped at 60 again, tried changing max fps and other settings in nvidia control panel, tried uncapping the game with rivatuner statistics server and none of these things have helped, the game is hard capping at 60fps whenever it feels like it day by day

hi, have you been able to fix that issue?
SerGAY 12 ENE a las 7:55
For me it stuck on 80 FPS. I've tried everything. I have such problem only with that game,

It's interesting that if I turn on the fps limit and set it to 240 or more than 80 it doesn't work. But if I set it to less than 80 it does. So i can't have more than 80 FPS with my 3080 and 5600x, 2k res.

I tried different resolutions, windowed and fullscreen mode, turned on and off frame generation/vcsync, fps limit. Changed settings in nvidia panel, updated drivers. Nothing helps.

I was hoping that the recent update would fix the problem, but it didn't.

UPD FIXED:
For some reason, in the RivaTuner program I had framerate limit set to 80.

my monitor is capable of 144hz but is set at 120hz. I have vsync off.

make sure Frame Rate Cap in Game Settings is not set, check Power Management Settings make sure set it to "High Performance" in the Windows power settings, NVIDIA Control Panel Settings Ensure that no settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel are limiting your frame rate. Check the "Manage 3D settings" section and look for options like "Max Frame Rate" that might be set to 60 FPS check Game Optimization Software: Some game optimization tools (like GeForce Experience) may impose limits on frame rates. Check if any such software is adjusting your game settings also make sure if you have built in Gsync etc built in monitor that its not turned on. if u on AMD gpu then look in your AMD software vs the Nvidia stuff lol.

Changing the max frame rate helped me. THX

turn off v-sync, I had the same issues
if anyone's running an AMD GPU, I fixed my issue by going into the AMD software, going to the Marvel Rivals game, and turning off "Radeon Chill" (which caps your performance to keep temps low)
idk if this was switched on for someone or if this was user error
