Marvel Rivals block my AT device

I have a device called Xkeys that allow me with my mouth to hit switches for gaming. It's a new device I just bought because the old device I used stopped working. Yes, I have a disability that makes me unable to move my body much.

What to do? I really want to play this game but it's recognized as a cheating device. Works fine in SP games. And my old device always worked fine in games like Overwatch.

From the main menu, click ESC and then select Customer Support.
