i watched this video to find out solution, if my solution is unable to you, maybe you can try another way in this video to fix your issue.
i got same issue as you, you can try my solution to see if it get change or what.
i also have been stuck in that situation many days and try many ways to solve the problem
Solution: Disable the iGPU within Device Manage; reboot your PC afterwards.
Device Manager > Display Adapters > AMD Radeon Graphics (Right click and click on 'Disable driver')
Explanation: I ran into this issue yesterday after assembling everything together for my PC. After a clean install of Windows, I was running into the issue where Marvel Rivals would blank screen after the anti-cheat loaded, and the Windows Network access prompt popped up. I scoured the internet and did all the usual recommendation to see if the issue could be solved, such as: updating all drivers, updating Windows, double-checking display connections were plugged in correctly, turning off Steam overlay, deleting crashed localappdata, clearing cached settings, etc.
However, nothing was working. I even noticed that the crashed Marvel Rival's application would also caused my Task Manager to not respond correctly. After some tinkering and experimenting, I was able to get the game running after multiple consecutive launches (i.e. opening up Marvel Rivals 3 times).
All in all, I was able to deduce that upon launching, Marvel Rivals would boot up with my iGPU, followed by my external GPU, if multiple iterations happened. Thus, disabling my iGPU on my Ryzen allowed it boot up with my external GPU.
Sorry for the long-winded explanation, but I hope this helps someone who might be going through a similar situation.
PC Specifications:
CPU: AMD5 Ryzen 7 9700X
GPU: PowerColor AMD Radeon RX 6600
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus X870-I
I've found the same issue affecting my computer. I use an iPad Gaming 3, which has integrated Radeon graphics and a dedicated Nvidia graphics card. I’ve found that when I disable the integrated graphics, the launcher works correctly, same as you, but the Nvidia graphics card doesn't engage when starting the game. I’ve tried everything possible to make sure the dedicated graphics are used for the entire system, but when I disable the integrated graphics, even after selecting all the options to force the use of the dedicated GPU, the screen and the computer in general feel slower, with lower FPS, and it prevents me from connecting additional monitors, displaying a "no signal" message. Any help??
Hmm.... My best guess would be that it depends on which port you're using if it's the same thing as what happened with my desktop.
Short explanation: Try using different display input ports, it might work since one port might be tethered to the motherboard while the other might be tethered to the dedicated GPU.
Long explanation: Originally, I ran a USB4 (USB-C port) cable from my monitor into my motherboard since my monitor had a built-in KVM. Once I disabled the iGPU on my CPU, that option was no longer viable since the motherboard no longer had a functioning iGPU. As a result, I had to run a DisplayPort cable into my dedicated GPU to make it all work, along with switching all my peripherals back onto the PC itself.
I could image the same situation might be happening with your IdeaPad Gaming 3. Worth a shot. Hope it works! Let me know if that doesn't work out, I'm all for troubleshooting.
i'm still stuck btw. my processor doesn't have an igpu so I can't disable it haha. not sure what's my issue at this point it makes no sense
