stuck on logging in screen

I've been trying to get into this game for 2 days i get to the please wait logging in screen
then it just stays there forever I've tried making myself admin and some other options i saw online and nothing seems to work. Also when i go into the settings and check my network it says data pack loss or something along those lines. would love some help I just wanna be spiderman dude.
