i had that problem, what a pain i tryed everything until i gave up...
since the game don t offer to download it...
And somehow the direct download never worked either...
well i tryed another free game and it told me the same error at the start...
BUT
this game offer to download, install and update your so needed c++
that you need for both game and probably more!
Superhive is the game that offer the download
