Ways to improve Bruce Banner form

So I think it's no secret that Hulk transforming back into Bruce Banner is kind of useless because of how easy it is to just burst him down the moment he's vulnerable again. Now regular Bruce Banner being weak isn't much of an issue but he could really use some kind of way to at least attempt to get himself out of danger.

-They could give him a vertical boost on transformation like d.va from overwatch.
-They could let Hulk still move while transforming back.
-They could improve Bruce Banners gun in some way like damage or fire rate.

They could just give him like a couple of seconds of the gamma shield that hulk has as a ability that would at least give you some time to run.
