i dont understand what you mean, that 'shura' and other in that qp ames were clearly bots (look at 3'30 to 4' in storm or thor pov)
Go play a single match vs actual bots. You will realize those are not bots. Bots get into a kill ball and stay there. They also do actual damage with decent accuracy and fire off cool-downs according to a logic algorithm.
lucas is the dead giveaway, at 3:35 to 3:36 he follows the thor with reticle but does not shoot. There is no one on the team that needs to heal and no enemy nearby to need to trigger mobility. He should have shot but didnt because its a human pretending to be a bot.
Not see any bots in any games so far, you people are pushing a conspiracy theory.
Provide me with your replay code, I will debunk your bot theory
Yeah this.
It's just silly because as a PvE experience this game is as bad as it gets, and nobody would play it.
Bots are actually pretty fun to play against. I suggest a mix of 2 easy 3 normal 1 hard for a laid back PvE match
If you play 2 or 3 matches with real players, the next match will be against bots.
I also discovered that sometimes you get 1 bot on your team and 1 bot on the enemy team.
This is true, why are they doing this to us? We chose to play against real players but they match us with bots? Is Q time important to them? Not good.
If you just played them then you should have some codes, Id be very interested to see them.
So, no. Both replays have bots.
5024351331
blue 4 players, 2 bots (hulk and adam)
red all bots
5094532502
Blue - all bots
Red - 4 players, 2 bots (groot and luna)
Spawn behaviour is the same across all the replays where we claimed to be bots:
- not locking in until the first 30 secs are up.
- Also take notice of the pathing when leaving the spawn rooms: bots follow very precisely the same path out of the door (most likely to having just one or two navpoint placed on the door)
5094532502 there is the same issue I noticed on my replay that was on same map: on the 6 sec mark to leave spawn they stop moving around and wait for the door to open. Other maps they to go to the same navpoint for exiting the spawn room
Also 5094532502 you say the lucca is a human pretending to be a bot, and mentions 3:35. Pay attention to the tracking. Notice how smooth and precise are all the turn arounds, specially for heal targeting: turns very fast and stops the target reticle right on top. It's consistently precise. Just because it's refusing to fire does not mean it's a human pretending to be a bot.
Groot and Luna, on red team, behave the same. They have a consistent attack rate (but both also stop or change targets for no reason).
But sure, let's compare behaviour with this VS AI replay: 1020305036
Blue - 3 Players, 3 bots
Red - All bots
The bots on blue team behave just the same as the bots on the other replays posted here, from the hero selection stage to pathing and targeting. Also check their profiles: all 3 private.
So, yeah. There are bots on quick match for player retention, And since most people either don't care or don't notice, it works.
I don't really undersand what you are writting. You seem really eager to debunk what you call a theory, when the replay is really clear; anyone watching that 30s sequence can see that these are not human players . I'm not here to debate this, just to share my experience along many other players that experienced the same thing. I'll let people watch the replay and see for themselves.
I'd urge you to ignore these dumb people not just on this forum but in general. Not everyone has the comprehension to objectively look at something. Rule of thumb is the louder, the dumber and "Trip" happens to be very loud on these forums.
Replay code 1020305036 - Im finally glad somebody decided to run a bot match. Righ off the bat with groot at 1:16 notice that moonknight ankh lasts less then 1/4 of a second before it is destroyed. AI hate deployables and will immediatly target them if nothing else is in range. I've seen people put up bot matches where duelists sit there and do nothing with an ankh sitting there at their feet before running away from it. At 1:18 Notice that they are moving together in a tight kill ball. Neither of the duelists are trying a flank, they very rarely EVER try a flank. Now obviously the human players quickly turn this into a route. At 1:39 the bots kill a dive from the venom, gotta watch out for the hard AIs aim bot accuarcy ;) In the fakes the bots almost never get a kill, or even shoot for length periods of time. At 1:42 the starlord dies, another kill for the bots.
So this is how an actual bot match goes. The humans of course are going to win it, but the bots fight back constantly, using cool downs and firing every chance they get like the Magneto taking the tight shot through the pillars to HIT the moonknight at 1:45. Enemy flanks and dives are addressed quickly and they will get the occasional kill. The few opening seconds of this match are a good example of actual bot behavior.
5024351331 - Blue team hulk begins his by moving around in the spawn before the match begins. He moves to the point at 1:38 and gets into clap range immediatly to the peni. He then runs up and at 1:40 is at melee range. He jumps, shields, then runs around without attack till 1:47 when he gets webbed. This is in spite of being within melee range for SEVEN seconds. Obviously not a bot here, as a bot would just latched onto the closest target and punched away. The Adam like the hulk jumps around swing and shoots in spawn before the match starts. He does a different route to spawn then the hulk as well. If he was a bot he would have followed the same path as the vanguard. At 1:41 begins to charge a right click with the Peni in clear sight, but cancels it with a shift ability. The bot would have just shot the Peni. He then goes until 1:53 before firing a shot to hit a target. He has now been in range of shooting the enemy for 15 seconds. It took 15 seconds for them to shoot their first shot. Bots will take any and all shots possible. Not bots.
Same match red team. at 1:47 the rocket throws down the punisher teamup power but it is away from the punisher. An actual AI rocket will be very consistant about getting the teamup to land next to the bucky or punisher. There are allot of obvious other tells in this one, but I did the red team already. Notice also that the names all follow the same exact format. Two names, with a capital letter on each one with the exception of vadeeen. I didnt actually watch him in my original debunking but he is a faker too. He has enemies in LoS at 1:40 but does not shoot until 1:47 when he shoots the ceiling. AI bots are sharpshooters on hard, and even on easy they at least spray and pray. He doesnt actually fire again until 1:53 and thats to shoot his own Vanguard. Obviously not a bot. 1:54 the hulk is under his cross but he doesn't shoot until 1:57 when he shoots, you guessed it, the ceiling again. Obviously a fake. All fakes. No actual AI bots are in this match at any point.
5094532502 - Red team groot and Luna First off they are both following the same naming format of two names together with a capital letter. This is intentionally easy to spot to make people think bot names. They both run around in spawn click buttons and stuff impatient for the match to start. At 1:27 the Luna snow has left her team and gone up alone. Bots don't do this, they stick to the vanguard. At 1:29 they waste their shift in spite of nobody have taken damage and no enemies around to hit with it. At 1:34 they go up past their vanguard AGAIN. At 2:16 after they win the team fight the vanguards move up. The luna stays on spawn but bots are more then happy to push forward on a team kill to try and spawn camp but they stay back at the point while 4 teammates are fighting, they don't actually move up until 2:52.
Blue team - The starlord runs around and jumps/shoots in spawn. 1:32 his enemy under crosshair till 1:35 but does not shoor. At 1:35 has enemies under crosshair but still doesnt shoot. 1:36 finally shoots, a groot wall. Does not shoot anything for another 8 seconds in spite of many targets to shoot around him. From 1:59 to 2:01 backpadels away from a thor in full view without shooting and does not use ANY of his mobility cooldowns like a bot would have. Oh, and the same "Bot Name" format as all the others. Obviously a faker. The Peni also refuses to shoot multiple times during the initial team fight at the least. If a player isn't taking obvious shots, they are obviously not an AI bot.
The fakers very consistently refuse to shoot. Remember the bot match with the magneto? He takes a sniper shot at 1:45 between pillars to hit a moonknight. If they have a shot, they will take it even if they are programmed to miss it with the easy AI setting. If you play a few custom matchs vs bots, grind out event missions in co-op you will see the obvious and glaring differences.
There are many replay codes of bots why do you need more 🤔 these are enough evidence
The question is, are those official bots to fill matchmaking or just people running very bad scripts just to grind XP.
