Peni Is Not DVA

Peni is not DVA, not even close.
Yes, it's a person in a mech suit, so are Gundam pilots, Zoid pilots, and even Iron Man, but there is no gameplay similarity between Peni and DVA outside of their primary fire being alternating shoulder shots.
Peni's kit is completely unique compared to DVA, where Peni does not have boosters to increase her movement speed, she does not have missiles, you cannot play as Peni outside of her suit, and her suit does not self-destruct.

What does Peni have? Peni has a web shooter to traverse to specific spots and grant herself bonus armor while within her web zones, she has mines she places as a zone control skill, a spider drone nest she can place as a wide zone control skill to help her defend a location, and her ult has her charge around the map heavily disrupting the enemies while expanding her zone.

There is no "Peni is a rip-off of DVA" to be had here.

I can see Hulk as DVA due to reverting to Bruce, but Peni being Junkrat isn't quite a one to one.
