Are mods bannable?

So i was browsing nexus mods for fallout 4 stuff and i got a notification that people were making mods for this game. Stuff such as performance issue mods, skin altering mods, and you guess it nude mods. Some multiplayer games are more forgiving and allow them as long as it isn't used to cheat, while some don't allow mods at all. But of course i have to ask are they bannable?

I have not read their TOS specifically but as those mods are skins, and this is a free game with in-game skin purchase microtransactions, I think it would be bannable, as allowing skin mods would cut into their source of revenue.

Yeah that makes sense. But then again why would anyone do that knowing they could possibly get banned for it?

I am all for Venom nude mods. Brother has that massive COD piece. Just imagine what lies beneath it...
