You Do You cheevo not popping (use emote wheel once)
I did all that, it didn't count. Lame lol
I did it with base emotes and sprays. I did it with unlocked ones. Nothing.

Nope, wouldn't work. Not on keyboard, not on controller. Weird.

I got some in coop so I was confused. It could be that. Ok, I'll try.

Weird how you need PvP for such a cheevo though. lol
