Fix the VC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Half the time I dont know whos talking or if my mic is being picked up, sometimes my mic will be on and i dont even know it...

I noticed when I speak it is delayed for the icon to show up. So I am not sure when and if people are hearing me.

Exactly its a small fix but its very much needed and very annoying, especially when you get loud chip munching people or loud annoying kids.
