You need revision at least .789 (and above) for build 19042 (aka 20H2) to work with Agility SDK. Update your Windows OS.

That is not supported even by Nvidia anymore and is below minimum hardware requirements.
The driver isn¨t compatible with current version of Agility SDK either.

950M is not supported, anything below Maxwell 2.0 isn't for that matter (so you would need at the very least 970M, or desktop GTX960 to be suppored on hardware level).
