AFK Timer Is WAY Too Long

Had a match where we were 5v6 for over 10 minutes. This player hadn't even selected a character, he was just completely afk. It took a very long time for the match to remove him and then even more time after because the game gives you time to get back in.

It's cool that it's forgiving but it's way too forgiving. This is more than enough time to lose the match because of the afk player.

that AFK timer must of been only because he was in hero select, i was in a match and some reason it threw me into like a spectators position very strange after like 30 seconds it gave me a 30 second AFK warning i had to swap hero's for it to make me able to play again

Very weird. Might be an oversight.
