Has anyone else noticed in game "Live" spectating doesn't work?

When I spectate my friends games, i am watching them a minute or two behind. There is a "Jump to Live" button, but it does not do anything when I press it. Is it intentional? Or is live spectating supposed to work?

i FINALLY figured this out, you gotta MANUALLY jump to live, just look at the bottom and scroll all the way to the "end" of the recording-- this will take you to live. I think the jump to live button is broken though
