How to stop game from crashing as soon as I "click to start"

I first played the game on my laptop and wanted to play on my PC, but everytime I click to start, the game almost always crashes. I tried putting the graphics on low, updating my graphics drivers, closing out any background apps, etc. My laptop is cracked, and i do think it's better spec-wise than my PC. I have 16gb of RAM in my PC currently and have 16 more gb being delivered to me soon. I'm not sure what's causing this though.

Yeah on my laptop the same problem when i click any key in the title screen. If it crashes into unreal report with unhandled exception: 0xe06d7363 i don't think we can do much about it. I've tried all compatibility, admin rights, sfc registry things, fortect program, reading crash dumps (the error isn't specifying anything just correlates to windows with marvel shipping 64 not clicking with the system files), reinstalling 3x on steam and both on epic games and netease launcher, there was some cmd prompts suggested also that i've tried still the same, tweaking the options in menu mostly trying on the lowest and highest, running with gpu debug and what not. Sometimes it even breaks on compiling shaders or running at all i can't come up with anything, most likely will be trying to update to windows 11 and trying then, or just wait for the devs to do ANYTHING. Most likely game is optimized on some laptop builds. MSI one i'm using just doesn't and it's a very decent rig where only GPU is under recommended RTX 3060 (i've uninstalled all the adware of MSI and all the maybe conflicting applications with the game).
