It's probably high when he's in combination with a strong main healer IMO. He's great at maintaining the team as a whole since all his orbs AoE heal, are better at range ( thanks to being able to bounce them off walls ) and having BRB up every 40 seconds to screw ups, but has a harder time quickly burst healing individual targets. So get a good burst healer for a tank, and rocket to get everyone else makes it a strong combination.
Not to mention, he's super easy to pull off his role. Just shoot orbs in a general direction and you'll usually hit a few characters every time.
