You gain FAR too many rank points for winning
You also lose far too little for losing, any one handed half brained chimpanzee could reach gm with how rank point gain/loss works, remove the shield thing and balance it out so after some time you lose more points than you gain so people finally sit in the rank they belong and gm doesnt stay this overinflated brainrotten hellhole :aowrespect:

we know and its funny when the gm players here defend matchmaking system by telling people that they made it to gm proving the system is fair and square its hilarious because they show us there stats and its awful there was some guy who made it to gm with a raccoon who was mostly negative kda they must think in there own head they are amazing because they made it to gm and don't realize that gm is just a reward the game hands you when you brute force matchmaking.

There are a lot of cases when solo climbing that you get just unwinnable teammates. Ones with no teamplay, ones with the worst positioning, ones with terrible target focus, ones where no matter how good you play you will never win that match.
I mean Top 500 smurfs have lost matches in Silver because their team was just that uncarriable.

Are there times where you yourself are the problem? Absolutely, bad games happen to everyone. But that is not an indicator of "You should be here instead of there". Do I think I should be GM? Nope, I do not. GM and up is just better than me. But mass loss streaks because of terrible teammates should not happen as often as they do.
Getting out of Gold earlier in the season, I was 1 game off of Plat before going on an 8 game loss streak. Got back to 1 game off Plat, 11 game loss streak. My most common trend is "Win 1 Lose 2" for no reason. Again, sometimes I am the problem, but not often. You can drag monkeys to water but you can't give them a bath.

Makes Competition pointless, but makes the Cash register ring. :lunar2019grinningpig:

How does a free to play game ring a cash register like that? The only thing anyone pays for in this game are cosmetics. You don't pay to play PvP, you don't pay to own the characters, you don't pay to even own the game. I cannot understand the argument of "They make money off of EOMM" because there is no price tag attached.

Inflated? According to the data, gm is less than 1% of the players.

free to play games are a multi billion dollar business its more about psychological methods that get people spending in these games even if its for example giving players a high rank in a game or making them feel a certain way to get them spending.

which includes every single person that ever logged into the game, yes you do not need to even have ranked unlocked nor played a single match if you downloaded the game ur statistically bronze 3

that is correct which makes these graphs people show useless in terms of data
Yet I only ever seem to go on losing streaks so it evens out. I've been plat 3 for 100 games now. I lose 7, win 3 repeat. System works as intended

Well-made F2P Games bring in more Money in the long run than full-price Games, because you can constantly spend Money. :lunar2019grinningpig:

+ the potential Customer can play a F2P Game immediately and is involved
