Developer, explain how rank matching works!
It has been long long time, everyone's complaining that single player rank system is designed terribly. Really need developer to explain how system works, based on what? Or if ELO system really exist. I can see more and more players will get angry and eventually abandon the game.

Not only ranked. The whole system is completely bonkers.

I think the entire system is broken. They have no experience designing competitive games. The servers are filled with Smurfs, everybody has 3-4 accounts.
