Weird Player Accounts?

I'm posting this to see if anyone else has come across this, since I haven't seen it before today and now suddenly I've seen 3 accounts doing it.
Also, to hopefully raise awareness with the Devs so they can potentially implement something to stop it.

So today I've come across 3 "players" in 2 QuickPlay matches.
Their names were 675190, 656444 and 998172.
These "players" do nothing except stand in spawn for the entire match, seemingly using a macro to attack every 5 seconds or so and occasionally take a step forward to avoid a disconnect.

This leaves the unfortunate teams down a player for the entire match.
After inspecting their careers, they each have 4-5 hours of game time and have participated in almost 40 matches each.
None of these accounts has gotten a single KO and primarily "play" Black Panther.

What does this even achieve?
Is it someone just being an annoying troll?
Is it someone salty over Black Panther, so this is their way of boycotting it by locking it from use?

They're leveling accounts to be sold, report them.

yep this is how you get the proficiency up on a character class and sell it. which doing this is against the ToS so its a bannable offense. report and move on.

That would take a long time to level up the proficiency then since it takes an hour per increase.
Not sure why anyone would waste their money on it when it is easy to get Lord.

Already reported them though, Did it mid match.

Ironically, they probably still won't out level my account that's about to hit 76 in another match or 2. xD

I don't think they are for getting to Lord, I think it's more for leveling to 10 so people can jump straight into Comp.

yeah its always worth asking. account reselling, gold selling and other stupid things in video gaming evolve all the time. basically lazy people with time and money want to make more money with minimal effort off other lazy people with more money than them. this is why no one should ever support those markets. but they continue to exists because someone always does...

That was what I was thinking at first until I saw 40 matches. You definitely do not need 40 matches to get to 10. I helped my friend hit 10 in 2 sessions.
