Problem. The game slows down the movement of the computer mouse

Cursor movements in the game are late. It's like the game is slowing down my mouse movement on the screen. I need help! Who has encountered this? There is no such thing in other games, I think the problem lies in Marver Rivals itself. I tried changing the mouse/keyboard settings in different ways, reinstalled the game, and nothing changed.

Are you using Frame Generation?
If yes, try turning on NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency in display settings.

Otherwise, I just saw a setting in keyboard called "Center Mouse in Background" that specifically mentions it "prevents the in-game crosshair from slowing down when the background mouse is blocked by the edge of the screen after moving a certain distance in one direction"
So if you missed that one, it might help.
