To many cheaters

The game would be well made and would be fun. Unfortunately it is contaminated by cheaters. It's pointless to play like this. It should be possible to create a cheat-free game. Nobody can tell me that something like that isn't possible.

No one pvp shooter is free of them sadly. But i have seen a lot of cheaters banned already for literally 100 years. We hope the banning system is improving.

I got accused of cheating while playing as Spider-Man because my aim was “locking on”. I can’t aim for ♥♥♥♥ so I assume most people whining about cheaters are just coping.

In my close to 250 hours between 3 accounts i have yet to run into a cheater. Just my own experience though. I know they get banned very quickly and rarely if ever make it out of gold before being banned.

you know how easy it is to spot and report a cheater? you can literally re-watch the match from their point of view. Cheaters dont last long on marvel rivals.

Ignore that guy.. he looked at the quickplay matches and assumed it was competitive matches, that account has literally not played a single competitive match yet.

As for your cheat accusations, took a look through your match history and can't really see anything indicative of cheating.
You have however been running into a fair amount of smurfs, quite a few spiderman one tricks at that.

If this is your first hero shooter experience you are going to have a rough time as the ranked and matchmaking system, while mostly forgiving, does a very bad job at actually keeping games fair.. smurfs also have a very easy time as they start at the very bottom with everyone else instead of being placed somewhere in the lower-middle like you would expect with most other competitive rank systems.

Every new or outright bad player has moved up to silver,gold,plat territory as it is very easy to do so as you gain a lot more SR than you lose in the lower ranks.. this results in you playing a lot with and against smurfs alongside other new players like yourself.

If you find the game fun then keep playing and improving, just know that netease have shown zero interest in making actual changes to the rank system, as well as smurf mitigation.

I know a lot of games and have 25 years of gaming experience. My sense of how a game feels without manipulation, as well as the feeling that someone has manipulated something, has improved massively. I am a living anti-cheat!

I have so far reported 5 blatant cheaters and none of my teammates did not realize that they were cheating. The cheaters prosper because the majority of people are dumb. Every game I have played people never acknowledge that someone is cheating. It's just "git gud bro" and on we go. Well, at least those 5 I reported are banned until 2125. Got messages that they all got banned
