Re-enable seasonal skins in hero Gallery?

I noticed that now, once the winter season skins for Magic, Rocket and Venom or dancing lions skin for Black Widow and Iron fist were removed from the shop, you cannot preview them in the hero gallery either unless you own them.

Is there however a option in the settings to rectify this? If not, I believe it is not unreasonable to ask for this option. I don't see the harm in being able to see skins you cannot purchase anymore personally, if you wish to
