This. I love how lowlifes who play full on stacked teams to get into higher ranks have the audacity to downtalk single players.
The game is 100% rigged.
I uninstalled when the new chars appeared. Before that I played Namor. I know my strengths and weaknesses - Aim is one of my strengths so it was a given to pick this char. Everything was okay until I hit Gold.
Pretty much every game it shifted. One we dominate easily, the next it's literally impossible to do anything and we lose. Sometimes you win 2 or 3, but then you also lose that many. Very rarely do you take a loss or win for the long run (that only happened when I actually grinded the entire day)
This went on for 2 weeks. Sorry, but that's just not possible in a natural matchmaking environment.
The problem is, if you do too good they will give you bot team mates and unless you carry the entire team by yourself you are cooked. On the flip side if you are doing too bad, they throw you a bone with horrendous bot enemies that can't even manage to leave their spawn.
It's a joke. Of course there is no offline mode, otherwise higher ranks would easily get exposed for being mid at best in private matches.
Meaningless wins have the same frustrating effect on normal players as hopeless losses do. Only children with ego issues actually enjoy easy wins. This creates a lasting loop of frustration, which is evident in game chat, where most players seem to be on the constant verge of an emotional meltdown.
The purpose of this design is that when no one is truly satisfied with the in-game experience, they will eventually start buying more skins as a form of emotional compensation.
And how do you prevent frustrated players from leaving altogether?
You flood the community with bots, paid influencers, and useful idiots who keep parroting "skill issue," gaslighting players into believing the problem is their own fault and that they should stay engaged.

Imagine not being mad that NetEase installed a RCE onto your PCs and PS5s.
I'm never installing anything published by NetEase ever again.
Anyway, I wanted to post this since it's more on topic.

Now that I understand that it's impossible to rank up without a lot of stress, I don't want to play anymore. This isn't fun. What I said about the matchmaking being unfair is worse than I thought.
After I made this post, I started to observe what happens in the match better and what I said continues to happen. I can't believe it, but it's true. It's incredible how in certain matches there are super skilled players (15/1) who carry the team and in other matches there are completely new players (0/15), and sometimes it's the enemy team that has a super skilled player (15/1). And the result of all this is stress. You get angry at some player on your team, you think there are cheaters on the other team... and you don't rank up and when you do, they knock you down in the blink of an eye.
I think I'll stay until the 21st and then I'll uninstall and wait for something to change.
However, now there is this RCE/RAT issue. What the hell is this? I will research and if it is what I am thinking, anyone is forced to uninstall the game.
No. It's not fun anymore. And I'm not focused on numbers.
