Hello there is an issue I was discussing with the customer Support
basically in the practice Range and the convergence map of wakanda there is Audio files containing readings of the Holy Qurran of Islam used as background noise and myself and many other Muslims find it offensive for our teachings to be used as background noise in a game I have kindly asked the support team to remove it and they said it was a mistake and it should be removed with this patch
however after opening the game I still noticed it was present in the background of the practice range
I have tried to inform the support about this issue but they keep responding saying that this issue was already resolved

Developers like this don't care about respecting anyone.

Though it is kind of strange for them to include something like that considering netease is an arm of the ccp, and how the ccp treats the Muslim population in china.

They did say it was a mistake mate and alot of companies use software for audio files that has snippets of the Qurran in the background sampled some companies remove it even when they don't exactly know what it is and others don't

Qurran is the book of Islam and the word of god we find it offensive for its readings to be toned down and used as background noise
I understand you might not relate to why we find it offensive but removing it from the game wouldn't affect any other player specially that only Muslims could tell it was there in the first place

If you wanna hear it just enter the practice range and don't choose a character stay in the character select screen and take a character that doesn't make alot of noise when hovering them like spiderman or Hawkeye and wait you will faintly hear it in the background it wouldn't be clear but its there

they apologized in my sup message too and say they will remove it in next week patch.

I don't know the intention behind it because it was such a bizarre thing that most people will not even notice and it's not in point of interest to be considered pushing an agenda

the game already seems to care about it's mena region player base considering servers, language support and fast response on sensitive religious issues and acknowledging the stuff needs to change.

Yes any lifeservice game is targeting MENA region specifically since the people who spend most money in lifeservice games are usually Koreans Saudi Arbian and people from Emirates they are basically the whales of most life service games
