Moon Knight seems rather lazy, doesn't he?
Every ranked match I play is against a Moon Knight, and almost all of them play exactly the same way: throw an ankh, instantly right click at it, then just sit there at a distance and throw at the ankh until someone destroys it. Abuse bugged ultimate when available.

It seems like an immensely rewarding character play, for relatively low effort.

We can only hope mid season patch is going to fix his ult, so people will less likely to pick this hero.

As someone who LOVED moon knight pre patch and hate playing him now because of how busted he is and how guilty i feel when the other team isn't having a good time playing against me, I feel like moon knight desperately needs a debuff BECAUSE people are playing him wrong. At the very least, make the ult have a longer windup time, make the ankhs a longer cooldown by at least 2-3 seconds, and dear god the right click SHOULD NOT travel through people.

that crescent right click is so satisfying to hit WITHOUT the ankh, i cant tell you how many times i've gotten someone with a headshot with it from the other side of the room, it is so satisfying. the same thing applies to using his melees, I have survived a spiderman AND a magik combo just by throwing a crescent and then using a mix of my moonarangs and batons.

And i feel bad because almost everyone i meet relies heavily on the ankh and the autoaim that the character has. not only are they making the game less fun for others, theyre actively missing out on more fun as well. Its not a universal feeling, but personally i find it more satisfying when a fight is close or scrappy, and not THE MOOON HAUNTS YOU or TIME TO DRAIN amounts of easy.

As a player of moon knight, please, fix him.

It's only low effort if the opposing team lets it be. He's rather mundane if kept in check. Mobility's not fantastic (slower to bug out than Punisher even), projectile speed's on the slower end -- keep the ankhs broken and for the love of god, please practice dodging that ult more. You're letting that in particular get in your head and it's really a third-tier ult. XD

I have no control over my team.

you spot on
Moonknight is fine. He's finally balanced and the only people who don't like him are the people who can't beat him. when you have 1 shot auto lock combo characters like Spiderman and Magik, I'm surprised to see so many people complaining about Moonknight.
people play him how hes meant be mad at the devs not them

If you catch him lacking though, he can get melted pretty easily. :balloonicorn:

I can beat him fine. It’s just annoying that I have to specifically go out of my way to deal with him in every single match, because if I don’t then my team is potentially getting shredded by a guy that is literally doing nothing except standing a hundred miles away and shooting at a single point and letting the ricochet do the aiming for him. Every match.

Magik and Spider-Man at least need to put forth the effort to learn and practice combos, and be opportunistic about their attacks.

"Go random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" Best line in Moon knight comics
go a dps or tank that can get on him, he is the easiest 1v1 in the game.
Dive him. EZ
Oh look. its the guy with the terrible takes.
Yeah very low effort. I see him, change to Iron fist, shift then right click and bully tf out of the player. Idc if it losing.

Once I tried to 1v1 him and he just threw an ankh at the ground next to me and shot at it and it instantly melted through my health, didn’t even attempt to aim at me. Of course I went back and proceeded to kill him every time he respawned, but it was still annoying that I had to go so far out of my way to deal with someone who could kill me so fast without even needing to aim.
