Is There Nothing Strategists Can Do About Black Panther?
Everyone just spams "Use Mantis or Luna" but he is way too damn fast for these characters to work. He hits you with a spear from some hidden area and then practically teleports to the other side of you with his slash, teleports to the other side of you with slash again and now you're dead.

If you're even slightly low on health he can kill you so fast you barely have time to register in your brain what's going on.

I've tried to use Luna and Mantis against him many many times, but when I press shift with Mantis he's already on the opposite side of me, and the range is too far for me using it below me to hit him. Same thing with Luna. I use it at him but he just dashes through me at super speed and it misses and I'm dead.

He kills supports so damn fast it's insane. You have so little time to react. It always surprises me how insanely fast he can kill you with his extremely easy combo. This character is absurd, I just end up having to rely on my team to help peel for me and that never works either because either nobody does, or peel doesn't matter because BP kills too fast for them to help.

Namor is pretty much the only reliable anti-Dive that doesn't involve stunning of some kind. I'm hoping Human Torch is released as an alternative cause Namor getting kinda boring.
When I have a diving Black Panther while playing Rocket, and if there's a Groot, I just get on them and they can't do a thing to me.

Every other Strategist that has no Groot is probably doomed though. Try having a bodyguard DPS or tank.
You turn to him and hit him in the head as a team that's your defense. If he doesn't insta you you have a chance to get him but it's slim and requires too much skill for most.

You're only other option is DPS killing him.

If he's soo easy to use why dont you use him then? Nah but he is not easy to use very high risk character, just because you die easily to him doesn't mean he cant be countered. Maybe use Loki instead then you can fool BP with your clones, teleport, go invisible, drop the healing runes & kill him instead.
Pick Jeff Raccoon Or Loki and a top 500 Black Panther is unable to do anything.

no if he's behind you, you just die in 0.5 with no counter play.

I can offer my experience as a mid GM3 support player. For me, the best counter is Cloak and Dagger. You can drop the heal bubble right on top of you, swap to Cloak, do damage, go invis then reposition and finish him off. If you don't kill him, you should live long enough for your team to help if you are at gold or higher. Works for Spider Man and Psy too. If you are Luna, your best hope is the snowball then RUN. This is a higher skill maneuver for sure. Invis can go Invis, and Rocket can rocket away, climb walls, etc.
a trick for mantis ..if you see him coming turn your back to him when he does his first dash he ends up infront of you ready to be hit with the shift cc
Much like spiderman there is no counter since as usual no heals gg happen all the time. unless your duelist have proper brain instead going for the kill they stay at the back pick scarlet witch. Strategist pretty much no option in this one. Everytime i see this character i change to scarlet until he pick other character. Then change back to strategist.
If Panther landed a vibranium mark on you (spear or ult), that's probably already too late to make any significant decisions. What you should be focusing at this point is your possitioning. In most cases people try to run away and only isolate themselves even more, but what you should be doing is move toward your most reliable teammate in vicinity and hope they can provide some assistance to you.

Magneto and Hulk can negate effects of vibranium mark, so if you have those on your team, they might bubble you. Any CC help to stop Panther enough to prevent further damage and either kill him or make him leave. But as any flanker, your actual 'solution' is awarnes. Understand map layouts and where flanker may be coming from. If they can't initiate, they are just sitting there doing nothing, meaning no value is created. Namor is sort of a 'counter' because he can constantly damage flankers before they can initiate, making them waste time collecting medkits.
BP is such a broken character. I play mostly Widow and Psylocke and you can't even duel this damn character as Psylocke unless he's really bad. But on an even skill level he wins every time because he has far more health, far more mobility and more dashes. I've never played him, but I think he has like 3 dashes at least while Psylocke only has 2. It just feels like trying to duel someone that has an AK47 while you have a 9mm pistol. You have to work so much harder to kill them because by default you are at a disadvantage and I hate that. Same thing with Widow, if he dives me I can kick and grapple stun him, but because his HP is so massive I can't do enough damage to finish him off and he kills me while I have to reload my rifle. At the very least Psylocke should be able to match BP in 1 vs 1, not have any less dashes or less mobility. She should be able to kill him easier.

I feel like against Magik Psylocke is way more evenly matched and fair and neither has much advantage over the other, but there is no reason why BP should be much stronger than Psylocke.

You shouldn't be able to do anything about him. Otherwise what would be the point of him?
If your problem is that you can't hit him once he's on the opposite side of you, you need to increase your sensitivity.
