Diamond One Trick Players

Reaching Diamond I, I've found that banning characters is amazing. But now, there's a side effect to it. If a player has their one trick hero banned because they cannot play anyone else, or they need to fill a role, they throw or are complete garbage with the other heroes.
How can you reach diamond and not know any other characters? How is that possible?
It's only a detriment to your own team when you know nothing but one hero. Learn to play tanks, learn to play healers. It's not that difficult, it's amazing how many players are relying on a single broken/OP character and then when they're banned they have no chance and rage at their own team because they failed to learn anyone else. Seriously "get gud" actually applies here.

y’know one tricking does work in this game, i once one tricked CnD just for kicks and giggles and reached D3, i don’t troll and throw when i don’t get CnD, i play other heroes too, but i’m instalocking CnD if available, i stopped once i reach D3 because “draft pick phase” in any competitive game means “things will get serious onward”

but that’s the problem : you can one trick, yes even in diamond, and i think this problem’s everywhere, not only MR, they need to learn other heroes or just don’t ban their one trick, it increases your chance, well if it doesn’t work then avoid them next game

probably because they just don't really care about winning as much so they see ranked as a way to get better at the hero they wanted to play against people who are actually trying and plus it's just an imaginary rank in a virtual game so it don't mean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to them but if they complain about their team then yea they deserve to lose

I have a group of people I play with every now and again, but even still we can get a duo who are paired together, and if one of their heroes is banned it's all down hill from there half of the time. lol
