There's a few good aim trainers on Steam that are free. PvAI hard mode is alright for in-game training since the bots hop around like mad (fliers esp. dodge well).

Find a good sensitivity for you. I usually start by setting mine so I turn about 180 degrees in one swipe of the width of my mouse surface and fine tune it from there. Set your mouse at a higher dpi, then lower the in game sensitivity until you reach that 180 degree roughly. If you are used to really high dpi it'll feel weird and seem worse, but stick with it. I usually have my unscoped slightly higher.

There's also a couple schools of thought on aiming. One is to track, which works on big or slow targets. Unless you're very good at it, tracking smaller or faster targets is too hard. Another is to predict where they are going to be and let them walk into your sights, which is usually pretty apparent when they don't know you are targeting them yet. People jump a lot, that gives you a very good predictable arc to land easy shots on. Then there is the flick, which is developed through practice and is essentially instinct and hand-eye coordination. Almost everyone will pull this off once in a while, but training on it can increase your success rate a lot. I use a mix of all of these depending on the situation.
Change mouse sensitivity, turn off acceleration, turn on raw mouse input.
Until about 4 days ago I was using the deault X and Y axis sensitivity on my mouse which was set to 4, at 800 dpi. I lowered it to 1.5 - it takes a little getting used to the additional movement to achieve the same distance but makes tracking so much easier.

Other than that, aim slightly right.
I haven't used any aim trainers at all.
I just practice in game range every now and again.
Light weight mouse, 1000DPI 0.75 sens.
I'm Celestial 2 hela main.

try tuning down your dpi to 800dpi. and adjust aim sens that suits you!
or
you can try playing luna snow, using her drastically improved my aim because of how her kits work, basically she has a hitscan, and u gotta hit a lot of moving targets (yes, including your allies)

good luck!

1000DPI is better then 800dpi on a technical level.

Find a good senstitivity and try to play w/ any char who fires
andd try to play w/ spidey to learn fast camera and chat movement, helps to memorize the heal and hide points too

So generally if your DPI is below 1000 it causes input lag on your mouse to not pick up small movements as quickly, but has no effective on flicking or quicker movements.
