As i stated before the game worked PERFECTLY until a few days ago, and i have multiple other UnrealEngine5 games installed that run without issues.
The game's cooked. Shame cause the actual gameplay was fun.
You do realise that not all UE5 games are exactly the same right? think of UE5 like a 'barebones' PC. it can be customised to an extremely high degree. Marvel Rivals is the game equivalent of a blender stress test running 90% of the time. Consecutive patches are designed optimise the engine itself and how it utilises your PC's resources (RAM,CPU,GPU). So therefore if you have underlying issues they will get more noticeable over time.
Like i said before, i did a fresh W11 reinstall, multiple clean game reinstalls , tried downgrading and using the current version of GPU drivers as well as lowering the game's settings to low as well as limiting the game to 144/120 frames according to various "crash fixes". I've never had to do anything like this before for any other game because any crashes would've been easily google-able and solved within the hour.
If you'd read and understood what I'd written you'd that: yes the new patch has (indirectly) caused this issue. but the underlying issue is your system. I see all the things you've mentioned. but there are still other unknown factors for e.g what are your PCIE BIOS settings? Is your bios even up to date? Do you even have your GPU in the right PCIE slot (i've seen it far too often). How is your windows power management set-up? Is your ram set-up for dual channel correctly? the list goes on and on...
Teach a man to fish rather than giving him one, y'know?
